Return Policy

We take pride in producing high-quality custom banners that meet our customers' needs. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 Hours of receipt to discuss your concerns.

Custom banners or any other custom printed product (referred to as "signage") they cannot be returned if is not Bannersprime's fault. It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure that the signage meets their requirements. If there is an issue with the signage, please contact support@bannersprime.com via email.

If there are issues with your order, the disparity must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your order. If the disparity is not reported within the allotted timeframe, Banners Prime will not be liable.

If the mistake in the order was deemed to be the fault of Bannersprime.com, the signage will be reprinted and shipped at our expense.

Issues that are not covered:

​

Image quality greatly depends on the type of file that is sent. If the file is a raster (pixel-based) image, increasing the DPI would not improve the quality. The only thing that it will do is decrease the quality. When you increase the resolution, your image editing software does calculations and fills in the space based on those calculations. Since the calculations are not 100%, the quality of the artwork decreases.

There are three options to fix this issue:

a)    find new artwork (scalable vector format if possible) or

b)    remake the current artwork (in a higher resolution original format)

c)    print as is.

A close-up proof of your artwork will be sent, if it is deemed low-resolution. Please note that the artwork can still be printed as is, but has to be approved by the Buyer. If the order is time sensitive, please notify your assigned representative to print it as is. Bannersprime will not be held liable for any delays or expedited shipping costs if we are not notified to print as is.

 

Typographical / Spelling / Grammar Errors:

Bannersprime is not liable for any typographical, spelling, grammar errors, etc. Please ensure all wording is proofed and corrected if necessary. All proofs are final.

Color differences:

Banners Prime acknowledges that color perception varies among individuals and therefore cannot guarantee an exact color match. Furthermore, due to variations in ink batches, print media, and color profile settings on our printers, the color of your logo may differ from what appears on your computer screen.

Print Cancellation : 

To cancel a print order, please send an email to support@bannersprime.com as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and cannot be made over the phone. If the banner or sticker has already been processed and printed, a 50% ink and substrate fee will be deducted from the total refund. This is because the Buyer's signage cannot be resold to another party.

Regarding Digital Proofs

Before proceeding with printing and production, we always conduct proofing with our customers for every order placed on our website. Once the file has been approved, we will move forward with the printing process.

​

When a purchase is made on the store's website, the buyer will receive a confirmation email at the checkout email address. The artwork will undergo a pixelation check, and any issues with the artwork will be brought to the buyer's attention. It's important to note that all proofs are final.
